Lobster pod - Achiltibuie, The Summer Isles, NC500

Welcome to The Sleepy Crofter Glamping! We have three pods on our croft in Achiltibuie; a small, remote and beautiful village on the North-west coast of the stunning Scottish Highlands. Lobster pod is a luxury self contained pod with king bed, kitchenette, large 3 seater sofa, en-suite bathroom, table and chairs, underfloor heating, smart TV and free WIFI. Lobster pod has beautiful sea, island and mountain views to take your breath away! Just a short detour off the North Coast 500! The space Lobster pod is a self contained pod with open plan living. There is a king bed, small kitchenette with double induction hob, microwave, toaster, kettle and fridge freezer. Tea, coffee, sugar, salt, pepper and oil are provided along with all plates, bowls, glasses, cutlery and any utensils you may need. There is a table and chairs to sit and eat at, as well as a large three seater sofa with full sea views. The pod has two windows and double French doors opening onto a decking area with further seating and stunning views of the coastline, the ocean, the mountains and The Summer Isles. The area is very quiet and peaceful, you may only wake up to the sound of sheep grazing on the land around you, or stags in the near distance! Guest access Parking is available onsite. It is best to have a car in the Highlands to be able to see and explore easier and further, as public transport is not as available as in the cities. However there is a bus that runs through the village heading to Ullapool twice a day, accept Sundays. There are lots of things within walking distance to The Sleepy Crofter Glamping site including a path leading to the coastline and pebble beach in front of the croft and around the coastline. You can walk to Badenscallie beach and burial ground and to Achininver beach and hostel. Prawn pod is also a short walk to the local village hall where traditional music nights and ceilidh dances take place. We are also a short walk from The Summer Isles Hotel, restaurant and pub. Many other local beaches and the start of hikes are just a short drive away. Registration Details HI-10164-F
