Spacious vintage home with fireplace

This comfortable four bedroom home has been fully updated but still retains its 1950s charm. From the original wood floors to the attic bedrooms to the quirky closets, you will be transported to a simpler time. With the well appointed kitchen, you can cook to your heart's content, or if you'd prefer to order out, the area's restaurants are nearby. Chattanooga, Lookout Mountain, Fall Creek Falls Park, Savage Gulf Park, and the Lodge Factory are just a few of the many nearby attractions. The space We tried to think of all the details. The kitchen is stocked with a toaster, a blender, a crock pot, a Keurig coffee maker, pots and pans, a variety of bakeware, and wine glasses just in case. The beds upstairs are all Twin XLs, so they are comfortable for adults. We pride ourselves on keeping a clean home and have cleaning supplies available for your use during your stay if needed. Guest access You'll have complete and private access to the entire house, patio and the large backyard. The lot is a third of an acre so there's plenty of space for the kids to run around. Other things to note If you have a special request, please reach out. We're very flexible. We have a strict no smoking/no vaping policy on the entire property, inside and outside. We charge a $400 cleaning fee if smoking does occur. Our neighborhood trash picked up is early Friday morning. if you are staying Thursday night, please let us know if you would like to take the trash to the curb or if we should have our gardener swing by and do that. We do love pets, but only allow two dogs with a pet fee. We do not allow cats, birds, rabbits, etc.
