MINIMUM STAY: 5 NIGHTS. My garden apartment in a small residence is pleasant to live in and functional. It consists of a living kitchen overlooking the garden, a bedroom also overlooking the garden and a bathroom with shower. The garden of 90 m2 is very nice with garden furniture under gazebo and shaded space at the back of the garden. Pillows and hammocks are at your disposal. In the summer, I sometimes set up a small above-ground pool to cool off. The space Montpellier is a very lively student city all year round, and especially in summer. There are many famous festivals, such as Montpellier-Danse or the France-Musique festival. The coastline is 10 km from the city and the beaches here are beautiful. You can go there by tram. Marseille to the east or the Spanish border to the west are each a 2-hour drive away. Guest access Unfortunately, parking on the street and in the neighborhood is metered. However, a car-sharing station (Modulauto) is right in front of my residence (see pictures). A tram station (line 1 and line 5) is a 4-minute walk away at the end of the street. Line 1 allows you to reach the city center in 10 minutes and the train station in 15 minutes. You can also get to the beach by tram with a change at the train station. Guests will have access to the entire property and the private garden. Other things to note Baby or very young child welcome if you bring the necessary equipment (bed, high chair, etc.) because the accommodation is not intended for that. It only has one bedroom with a queen bed. INDOOR This is my main residence that I make available to my guests when I am away for a long time. I clear out storage space, but most of my stuff stays in the apartment. I count on my guests to respect this, and I hope they feel as good about it as I do. OUTSIDE In summer, I ask my guests to ensure the watering of plants in the garden. When a pool is installed, care must be taken to maintain it, very simple but necessary. Outside of summer, the garden does not require special care, just the occasional sweeping of dead leaves for your comfort. GENERAL NOTES No pets allowed. You can smoke outside only.
