Five minutes drive to The Outlets of Lipa shopping outlets. Ideal for leisure, business trips, couples, parents visiting their college kids, for small family or group of friends. The space The double size bed in the bedroom has pull-out bed and so can accommodate up to 3 persons. There is a sofa bed in the living room that can accommodate one person. And if desired there’s an airbed available as well that can accommodate up to 2 persons. However, only up to 3 persons are allowed to stay. Guest access The place is very accessible, close to STAR Tollway, public transportations, restaurants, malls, groceries, public market, S&R and hospitals. And yet it is located in a quiet street.
