This cosy home at the north end of the City of Elliot Lake is conveniently located close to Spruce Beach, the municipal boat launch, hockey arena, ATV & snowmobile trails skiing fishing & so much more that Elliot Lake has to offer. Plenty of room in the driveway for your snow machine boat & atv trailers! Make yourself at home in this fully equipped kitchen & three comfortable beds. All bed bath & kitchen linens are supplied. Just bring your food clothes & your toys The space This house has been tastefully decorated mixing the loved classics with the modern. Make yourself at home and enjoy the fully equipped kitchen. Thanks to COVID, it’s not perfect yet but we’re working on that. We’ve tried to think of everything at this property, including highspeed internet, an instant pot, and an air fryer toaster oven. Sit back in the living room and enjoy the game on the tv (Roku streaming) from the comfort of the recliner or sprawl on the sofa or snuggle on the love seat. If you enjoy chess or checkers, we included a game table for you to bring out your inner chess master. The coffee table top pops doubles as a laptop space or extra dining area, and storage. Just off the main living area is the third bedroom/office workspace with a full bed. Only steps away is the powder room making it an easy for those midnight trips. There are two flights of stairs that lead you to two bedrooms and the full bathroom. The front bedroom overlooking the street, has a queen bed with memory foam mattress, smart tv, and a spacious closet alcove with armoire. The rear primary bedroom overlooking the backyard and public park has a queen size memory foam mattress, smart tv, dresser, and a pack ‘n play travel crib, as well as a convertible ottoman that doubles as a single bed. The bathroom is stocked with body wash, shampoo, and conditioner, shaving mirror and a hair dryer. All bed, bath, and kitchen linens are supplied.
