The space My wife has, for years, claimed that she is not an interior decorator. I'd submit that even Joanne Gaines would be proud of the job my wife did on our little fixer-upper. It was very important to Niesha that we make the space into somewhere she would want to stay. And she went overboard. We think you'll love your stay in this bright and beautiful cottage. Guest access The space is yours. Use it and enjoy it. 😊 There is a shared driveway (technically it's a city owned road, but try getting the city to improve it 😜) The property next door, as well as the former Kindergarten in the rear, are ours. We do ask that you are respectful to our other tenants as well as to Mr. McKenzie and his family next door. Feel free to utilize the entire space in the front and backyards as well as parking next to and behind the house. Guests may park a maximum of 3 vehicles on the property. 1 immediately next to 900, and up to 2 in the rear of the home in the parking spots. Should more parking be desired or you need access to the car charging port, please request it in the messages for coordination. Other things to note As a family of 7, we wanted to teach our children about hard work and sacrifice. It has taken us 7 months and 2 weeks fully restore, furnish, and update this home. Our entire family lived in the house while we worked on it. Our kids enjoyed parts (like the demo days and playing in the huge yard) and other parts were character building (like living without a working bathroom or sleeping 4 to a bed 😂).
