THE POTTSVILLE COTTAGE A newly built light-filled, spacious granny flat in the stunning coastal town of Pottsville. Close to local beaches and creeks, this one bedroom space is quiet and private, and has everything you need for your next getaway. Dog friendly- please add your pet to the booking prior to requesting your stay. The space The seperate bedroom has a comfortable queen size bed, wardrobe, ironing facilities and hanging space. All linen, bath towels and beach towels are provided. There is dual access to the tastefully built bathroom with laundry area and washing machine. Guests have access their own clothes line at the front of the guesthouse. The fully functioning kitchen comes equipped with new appliances including induction cooktop and electric oven, fridge, microwave, toaster, kettle and basic cooking utensils. Complementary tea’s, coffee, drinking chocolate and condiments are provided. The guesthouse air conditioned and has ceiling fans throughout. Guests can enjoy the spacious lounge area with 42” smart TV and comfortable three seater lounge. The guests have their own private outdoor area which includes an undercover sunlit patio. The guesthouse is fully fenced. Guest access Guests have complete access to the guesthouse. The guesthouse is situated on the same block as our family home, however it is a stand-alone dwelling and is completely separate from the main house by a high fence. Guests have their own private parking space right in front of the guesthouse. Street parking is also available. The driveway is a shared area. Please note strictly no parking in front of the garage. Other things to note This is strictly not a place for parties. We are located in a quiet suburban neighbourhood. We need to be mindful and respectful of our wonderful neighbours, and ask that you do the same too. Excessive noise will not be tolerated and may end in you being asked to leave the guesthouse. We are dog friendly and we have a fully secured yard. Rules apply. Pets need to be added to the booking request. Note: if any items are damaged they will need to be either fixed or replaced, or a fee will incur. Please let us know straight away if any items are damaged during your stay.
