House has an open floor plan with kitchen opening into large living space, with two couches that makes a bed, that opens to front patio with gas grill, table, chairs, umbrella and that is connected to sun room with couch and sitting area. Laundry room has washer and dryer. Plenty of parking space for boats/cars. See other details. The space Our living space is next door and is connected by a single 3 foot wall with no door. That makes your living area totally private. There is no shared living space. Whole house Central air, except sun room. Hi speed WiFi connection thru out the house. TV uses Amazon fire stick, so bring your Amazon password. Also Guests that need more space for a larger group, we have two airbnb rentals next door to each other.
