❤️ Spacious Self Contained Annex in Converted Barn

Chris and Julie welcome you to stay in our spacious, well appointed, self contained apartment/annex. Newly renovated with beautiful fitted kitchen & modern bathroom. Situated in Rangeworthy, within easy reach of Bristol & Bath and on the edge of the Cotswolds the Annex is an ideal setting for couples seeking a romantic retreat, visitors attending family in the region, or professionals in need of a comfortable base for work. We are also lucky to have a lovely traditional pub right next door! The space The property has it's own front door and is on the first floor, accessed via stairs. The kitchen is kitted out with all crockery, cutlery, utensils etc and has an induction hob, fan oven & microwave. We also include a selection of essentials including Tea, Coffee, Sugar, Salt & Pepper and Cooking oil. We provide good quality bedding and towels. There is a 46" TV with Roku allowing guests to access their own streaming accounts and auto-logout upon departure. The iron/ironing board is available on request, please message us and we'll bring it to you as soon as possible ( it can be arranged in advance if you let us know). We can accept one small well-behaved pet. Please ensure that you add them to your guest list before making a booking. We also request that pets should not be left unattended in the property. Guest access Free allocated parking space for 1 car is available on our large driveway. We have an 'on demand' bus stop within 30 yards of our entrance operated by Westlink, but we would suggest that a car is pretty much essential. Other things to note Situated within easy reach of Bristol & Bath with lots of shops & amenities available in nearby Yate or the lovely old Market Town of Chipping Sodbury.
