Off the Tracks ATV Spot 1 Royal Blue & Tackett

This is your 1940s mountain home for ATV's rider's. It is 3 bedrooms/2 bath. You can ride straight from the house to the North Cumberland WMA Sundquist Unit (2 minutes) and to Tackett (little over 10 minutes). You'll enjoy the little restaurant across the street for breakfast & lunch. Additionally, there is ample parking on the property. This is 1 of 4 homes so we can accommodate all group sizes. Please let us know if you need help booking larger groups. #1 is directly next to #4. See map. The space House #1 is a 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home with a full kitchen and laundry room. There are 2 queen beds, 1 full bed, a twin bed, and a futon in the living room. This house sleeps up to 8 adults. We do allow 1 pet in this house for a nonrefundable pet deposit. There is a fire pit, grill, and pressure washer at this house. House #1 is directly next to number #4 and across the street from #2 & #3. See map for visual. Guest access You can park any where is the yard. On your day of arrival we will send you the code to check-in to the house and the code for our dumpster. Other things to note We are located 2 minutes from trail #25 in Ride Royal Blue and 14 minutes from Tackett creek. For all trail questions we will have you speak with Cody there is more information than we can fit on Airbnb. Also, You can conveniently ride into town to fill up with fuel. Directly across the street there is a 1940s restaurant that serves breakfast and lunch Monday-Saturday.
