Other things to note We are pet friendly depending on type, breed, size (insurance requirements) and subject to additional daily $10 pet fee and $65 pet cleaning fees. Additional pets will be billed after booking for $40 each if approved. Please inquire with your reservation request. Once reservation is confirmed, the pet cleaning fees will be sent separately. We ask that no pets to be allowed on our furniture or beds. Please bring appropriate bedding. Undisclosed pets will be charged a $250 fee. There is no smoking or burning of incense or candles in the building. Any violation of this rule will be charged with a $250 cleaning fee. Please be courteous as there are other guests in this building. Parking is behind the building or on street in the front of the house. Please let us know if this is a third party booking.
