My lovely quiet family home. I live here with my adult son, who is here between travelling. We are only 10 miles from Skipton 'the gateway to the dales'. Surrounded by nature, parks and the Leeds Liverpool canal. There are lots of options of local and nearby walking trails! Barnoldswick is a small town with many independent shops and cafes & a lovely town square. Bus stop just outside the house. The bus to Skipton/Burnley is a 5 min walk to the main road. I only accept guests with reviews! The space A lovely residential area surrounded by nature. The room which has recently been refurbished with new carpet, all new and refurbished furniture and freshly painted. The room has everything you need for long or short stays, tea/coffee facilities and a small fridge (With a complimentarily bottle of water). WIFI throughout the house and a TV with a Netflix guest account! (Check the room manual for WIFI password) Smoking is only permitted outside of the house in the garden. Shared spaces: Bathroom with shower over bath, kitchen with a small table. I also have a washer, dryer and fridge freezer please ask if you need to use these facilities. Guest access Easily accessible with 1 parking space on the drive for guests. During your stay I live in and work from home. Somebody will be around most of the time, my work space is the lounge area. Which is my personal space and sometimes I will be busy with admin work But guests can use the kitchen if needed, guests can eat at the small kitchen table or in the garden (When the weather is nice) Please feel free to ask questions during your stay if you need anything, either in person or contact me via Airbnb! Other things to note No outdoor shoes are allowed in the house. So please bring slippers if needed :) You will be provided with your own bathmat to use in the bathroom. Please clean the bath out after use. Local transport: The bus stop is on the main road heading to Skipton or Burnley (Via many other small towns) From Skipton you can use the buses to head to the Dales, Grassington, Gargrave,Bolton Abbey, Ilkley etc or head to Leeds/ Bradford on the train or get the scenic Settle to Carlisle train!
