This spacious property on a large plot offers a large queen room (the other rooms are on separate listings) and large bathroom that is in a separate part of the residence. Guests have access to kitchen, dining room, lounge and alfresco areas. Great for Koroit itself, walking/cycling the rail trail, Tower Hill, Port Fairy, Warrnambool etc. The space The home is shared with the owners. There are three bedrooms (the others are available in separate listings) and guests have the use of the guest bathroom (the owners room is at the other end of the house and has an ensuite). There is a queen bed in each of the bedrooms. Guest access Plenty of parking on the property is available. There is a public bus stop within walking distance but a car is the best way to explore the neighbourhood. Other things to note Please be aware we are unable to cater for small children. We have a friendly labrador dog too.
