The space The position of the estate is slightly elevated and offers beautiful views over the landscape of the hills to the sea and also distant views of the coastal village Cala d'Or with its beautiful sandy beaches. Thanks to its windows in the house, there is never a lack of light. Property has a living room with a cozy fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen with everything needed for cooking including dishwasher, 2 bedrooms (one with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms, so it can accommodate up to 4 people. The house consists of Wi-Fi, air conditioning, fans, satellite TV, is prepared for couples with babies and therefore offers up to 2 cots and 2 highchairs. Guest access A private outdoor area that doesn't leave anything to be desired: well-kept garden with grass and some Mediterranean plants, fruit trees including pears, figs, olives and almonds. Terraces (open and covered), a large 8X4m pool, an outdoor shower with hot water and a beautiful barbecue cabin with a table, where you can enjoy your delicious meals prepared on the barbecue. It's definitely the perfect place to disconnect and forget the stress of everyday life. Other things to note ADDITIONAL NOTES - A few days before your arrival, you must contact the agency to communicate your arrival time and arrange the key pick up. - One day before you arrive, the reception office will contact you to coordinate the time and pick up the key. - Check-in: 4:00 PM - 12:00 PM - Check-out: 00.00 - 10.00 am - Electricity is not included in the price and must be paid separately upon arrival €15.00/day. - If a late check-out is possible, whenever possible, сontacar with the agency to specify availability, cost and hours. DEPOSIT Upon arrival, guests will be required to pay a deposit of €300.00 by card. It will be refunded within 7 days of check out if the house is in the agreed terms.
