Perfect for hosting up to 3 children or 2 adults. A self-contained apartment: - A living room with sofa bed and TV (Netflix) - A beautiful kitchen with door to private terrace in the garden - Upstairs, a bathroom - And a large bedroom with a 160 double bed, and a sofa bed (for 1 child / teen only) My wife and I live on the second floor. The building consists of: - COMMON ENTRANCE: Shared with the owners. - GROUND FLOOR: Access from the entrance to the independent apartment for 3 people, to the kitchen of the guest house part, to the garden and to the stairs - GARDEN: You have 2 private terraces in the garden (one for the guest house part and the other for the apartment). The owners maintain the garden and pool - POOL: Private for your group. The owners do not use it. - 1ST FLOOR THROUGH THE COMMON ENTRANCE: Allows access to the rooms of the guest house part (3). Shared with the owners so that they can reach their apartment on the 2nd floor. - 2ND FLOOR: Owners' apartment. We're here if needed! Who do you share the house with? • We live there on the 2nd floor. What spaces are shared? • The entrance and spiral staircases are shared. • If you take the spiral staircase, you access the bedrooms. How does check-in work? 2 possibilities: • We are present, we welcome you and show you around the premises with pleasure • In case of absence, you enter the premises independently.
