Sometimes Bbq requires a long stem Lighter if switch doesn't work. We recommend to bring a Bluetooth speaker. (fyi the Arizona desert often gets cold overnight so turn-the-shower-lever to Hot and let run 1-2 minutes so Hot water arrives from HWT) MISC Sometimes we swap basic furnishings, artwork & decor with another Space we manage, but do always ensure there's ample in lieu for you. Periodically we perform interior and exterior changes and/or improvements including walls, doors, drywall, paint, fixtures & accessories : this often takes time concurrently during your reservation / stay. SPACE ALL - Approximately 1450 sqft - the Space is yours (unless otherwise noted) UTILITY / LAUNDRY Sometimes external Utility / Laundry Room is used by neighboring / adjacent separate Space for other Guests, if Booked. Washer / Dryer is Free NEIGHBORING There's a separate Space 'not shared' neighboring DEPOSIT(S) (Affordable) - ALL Deposit(s) - Cleaning, Maintenance, Pets - if Applicable, are 100% REFUNDABLE per Cleaners Checklists & Cleaners Log, to help make your Booking / Reservation as Affordable as possible: we prefer to leave the money in your pocket.
