Lambert Lodge Annex - 2 Bedrooms with parking

Relax in this peaceful location. Hemingbrough is a small village with easy access to York, Leeds and Hull. The village has a pub which is within easy walking distance as well as local shops. There is a farmshop nearby which sells good Yorkshire produce to take away and also has a restaurant. York is 20 minutes away with its impressive Minster and other attractions including 2 theaters. A number of historic houses are close by which makes the Annexe a perfect base for exploring the local area. The space Lamert Lodge Annex is newly built with private parking and patio area. All rooms are decorated to a high standard, the bathroom includes a walk in shower, all linen and towels are provided. There are 2 bedrooms, One with a super king size bed and the other has 2 single beds. The main bedroom has a large wardrobe and drawer unit and the second room has a large set of drawers. Both bedrooms have TVs, bedside tables and lamps. The kitchen area is well stocked with cutlery, crockery and utensils. It has a breakfast bar which has four chairs. The kitchen area opens onto the living area which has a TV, sofa and chair. Just off the living area is a small utility room which has the washing machine, clothes airier and ironing board plus space for you to store items. Several games are available for you to use. The private patio area has garden furniture and a fire pit for you to sit out and enjoy. You can access the patio area either through the patio doors in the second bedroom or the gate at the side of the annexe. Guest access A car is advisable so that you can access the local area. There are also local taxi firms in the nearby towns. Other things to note I am available to answer any questions that you have about the area or the annexe during your stay. there is also a key safe for you to access the property should I not be available when you arrive.
