The basement apartment is located in a 2020 renovated residential building. The furnishings match the photos. The furnished and equipped apartment has a single-line kitchen with cooking utensils (cutlery, plates, pots, pans, coffee maker, kettle, milk frother...), a bed with a nightstand, a wardrobe, a dresser, TV (with Amazon Prime), a wardrobe, as well as an additional kitchen cabinet and bathroom furniture. Supplies such as oil, salt and pepper are not included. Unfortunately, the Airbnb category equipment cannot be separated from pans and pots. That's why the information there is misleading. There is also an e-charging station available, which can be used on request for a fee. Since spring 2025, the apartment has had a mobile room air filter and in autumn 2025 an additional room dehumidifier was purchased. Especially in the hot summer days, when the outside air transports a lot of moisture, the recommendation is generally to ventilate the living rooms only briefly. However, since this is known to few, an additional dehumidifier was purchased for easier use. The indoor air climate is monitored regularly. Cleaning products for the apartment, as well as a vacuum cleaner and a mop are provided. Guest access The apartment has a separate house entrance. Leinfelden-Echterdingen is very well connected, so that you can quickly reach the center of Stuttgart or the trade fair or the airport by public transport (S-/U-Bahn, bus). The county town is right on the A8/ A81/ B27, and can therefore be reached quickly. In 1-2 minutes you can already reach the nearby forest or the fields, which are parts of the beautiful Siebenmühlental. A sports field with many offers can be reached in 1-2 minutes on foot. The S-Bahn is within a 10-minute walk, as is the nearest shopping facility. The nearest bakery can be reached within about 8 minutes. Other things to note Various utensils (mattress, slatted frame, coffee maker, folding chair, additional dishes...) were newly purchased or expanded in the summer of 2023. As a host, you are trying to keep the inventory in good condition. Unfortunately, it happens again and again that guests damage inventory and the perpetrators do not report themselves. Not every item is picked up and checked after each stay. Hosts therefore rely on direct feedback from the subsequent guests that things are being repaired in a timely manner.
