Welcome to our studio located on the lower level of our split 1979 home. We have 3 rooms to share in total. The other 2 are on the main level. Cozy and clean. Perfect location. Safe neighborhood. Non smoking. Shared main entrance with access code. Pool table, Keurig coffee machine, TV and sofa. Sport gears can be stored in the laundry room. Guests are welcome to share the living room, dining room, fridge (if space allowed) and microwave on the main level. Large deck with river and mountain view. The space Free parking on premise or on the street. We do not subscribe any TV channel. During your stay Both of us are living on the main floor and very happy to meet with you. Other things to note You will see us time to time coming in and out of the laundry room in the pool table area. The door to the garage is also downstairs. There is no door to separate downstairs and the main level.
