Vance, your host, is a longtime Sedona resident, artist, sound healer, and bodyworker with over 28 years of experience. His intuitive and creative presence is gently woven into the energy of the home. Guests enjoy complete privacy with a private entrance and outdoor area, along with access to a spacious shared yard featuring a fire pit, gazebo lounge, fenced garden, and covered outdoor patio for yoga, movement, reading, or quiet relaxation. On the other side of the home is Vance’s healing studio, where a small number of peaceful daytime sessions are offered during the week. Evenings remain calm, quiet, and deeply restorative. Every Wednesday evening from 7:30–9:00 PM, we host a complimentary community sound healing gathering nearby, free for our Airbnb guests to join. This has become a favorite Sedona experience for many visitors, who are welcome to simply relax into the sound vibrations or gently play along with instruments in a warm and welcoming environment. The suite includes high-speed WiFi (150 Mbps), a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, two-burner stovetop, and modern appliances for easy meal preparation, along with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Dogs are welcome with an $85 fee per pet, provided they are house-trained, well-behaved, and not left unattended. Guests especially love the fenced garden, peaceful dog-walking neighborhood, and nearby Sedona hiking trails. To help maintain a clean and comfortable environment for all guests, we kindly ask that pets remain off furniture.
