Built in the 1900s, but newly renovated, this home features a spacious upstairs bedroom with a queen sized bed and smart TV. The upstairs loft provides a full sized bed by the window. The entryway leads to a half bath positioned under the staircase just across from a twin daybed. On the main level, guests will enjoy an open floor plan. Just off the entryway–the full bath, kitchen, dining table, and sofa provide an inviting area to gather, eat or relax. This fully stocked kitchen includes plenty of space for dining and meal preparation. Don't forget the front porch! With an armchair, a bench and bistro table–it's a perfect spot to get some fresh air, sip a beverage of your choice and people watch. As an added bonus, guests are walking distance to local restaurants. Guest access You will have full access to the entire front of the building. This spacious unit is completely private. You will be the only one with the access code to the front door so you can come and go as you please! You will not cross paths with anyone else unless of course you're outside and the mailman happens to stop by.
