BATH LINEN IS OPTIONAL. The space The accommodation is spacious 123 m² a kitchen equipped with a microwave grill, coffee maker and a tassimo, kettle, toaster, fridge freezer, dishwasher. there are 2 sofa spaces, a desk space, the TV is new. the bathroom has a very large walk-in shower and a double vanity unit. There is a laundry area, the rooms are spacious. Guest access All outdoor and cottage areas are accessible. Other things to note If you are a fisherman bring your equipment, if you like walking or cycling you are in the right place there are many trails there is also a "terra aventura" course, you are 50 minutes from the Puy du Fou, 40 minutes from the Futuroscope and 1 hour from the Poitevin marshes, 13 km from the Parthenay flip and many other activities, if you come for work you will be in a quiet area, you will enjoy the fiber.
