Experience special moments in this special and family-friendly accommodation. This original old house is located in the old town in an alley in the backyard, as was customary in the old days. Originally, it was once a waggoner's shop. In the years 2017-2019 it was carefully completely renovated and rebuilt. An old wooden gate awaits you, behind which lies a romantic backyard with pond and outdoor shower. The courtyard offers the opportunity to relax in and out of the sun. I offer two bedrooms, each with a double bed of 140 cm width. A living room with cable TV, DVD and radio CD player, which is equipped with additional speakers in the bathroom. A retro-style kitchen with electric stove, microwave, fridge-freezer and dishwasher. There is a cozy table with chairs and bench available. The bathroom is also decorated in retro style with a free-standing original old bathtub. As usual in the past, there is no separate shower, i.e. you have to shower while sitting in the tub. Furthermore, a washing machine is available, nicely hidden. In the house there are two charcoal stoves, as well as central and underfloor heating. The kitchen and bathroom are additionally equipped with "Alexa". It should be noted that the stairs from the ground floor to the 1st floor is relatively steep, which could possibly be a problem for older guests. Guest access Access is via a gate that is used by both the residents of the front house and the guests of the rear house. Both houses are separated by another gate. The guest house stands alone in its separate and idyllic backyard with pond and sun terrace with sunbeds. There is a key safe available if needed for a self check-in. Other things to note The house is situated in the old town of the famous wine village, in a backyard. To get there, you have to go through the front courtyard. A key safe is available if needed.
