Come stay in beautiful Aiken in a new studio apartment near our horses &/or bring your horses (additional $). Our 7-acre farm is new and a private quiet location. Free parking, miles of hiking/riding trails at the farm, horses and a Labrador Retriever to pet if you like. Custom cabinets, granite kitchen counters and island, and engineered hardwood flooring. A new queen bed and appliances and a high vaulted ceiling with a ceiling fan & ceiling light for brightness. Peaceful & Sunsets are WOW! The space A beautiful view of rolling hills and horse pastures and horses in this quiet equestrian community. The apartment boasts morning and afternoon sunlight for a bright feeling. It has its own new heating and air conditioning system that you adjust to your comfort level. It has an easy private ground floor entrance to the apartment. We have six Bluebird boxes (houses) and a Purple Martin House and plentiful birds. You are welcome to hike miles of trails from our back gate and visit the community's beautiful, covered bridge that spans over Cedar Creek and is located near the community entrance. Guest access Free parking on our farm with easy turnaround for you and your horse trailer for easy coming and going on our horse farm. You're welcome to walk on our property and on the surrounding trails starting at our back gate. Other things to note We have horses and a Labrador Retriever on the farm. The dog (Ranger) is very friendly and if you don’t want to interact with our dog, please let us know and we’ll keep him in his fenced yard up the hill away from you. Otherwise, he is the Ambassador and Greeter of our guests with his smile and tail wags which start at his tail and wiggle all the way up to his head. We participate in the South Carolina Bluebird Society’s program to help increase the decreasing Bluebird population. We purchased, set up, and monitor six Bluebird boxes (nesting houses) during their breeding season. If you stay during their breeding season (March to August) we would love to show you their nests, eggs and babies, if you are interested in seeing them. It is really quite spectacular. We also have a Purple Martin House with 12 separate boxes and our happy to show them to you as well. They are extremely chatty and fun to watch.
