This fully renovated former farmhouse, nestled in the heart of the countryside in Piffonds, offers two spacious and independent houses, perfect for family getaways or trips with friends. You’ll feel right at home in a setting that’s both warm and modern. Just 1 hour and 15 minutes from Paris, it’s the perfect place for a relaxing escape. The space The two houses are fully equipped: A fully fitted and equipped kitchen (walk-in fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, gas stove, filter coffee machine and Senseo pod machine, dishwasher, toaster, kettle, 2 raclette grills, tableware, cooking utensils, and cutlery for around 30 people), a dining room, a dance room with lighting and sound system (Bluetooth connection), a game room (pool table, dartboard, arcade machine), a lounge area (TV, PlayStation, table football, board games), 5 bathrooms (with showers, bathtub, and sauna), 5 toilets, and 8 bedrooms. Please note: the fireplace is not operational. The property features a fully enclosed garden set up for outdoor dining (charcoal BBQ) and various activities (boules/pétanque, Mölkky, puck game, football goals and ball). Only 6 km from the town of Courtenay, where you’ll find all essential shops and services: bakery, butcher, pharmacy, supermarkets, and more. Ideally situated for exploring the region: • 1 hr 15 min from Paris • 30 min from Sens • 30 min from Montargis • 40 min from Auxerre • 45 min from Chablis Other things to note Useful Information: - A Kitcheo beer tap is available, compatible with 5L kegs (to be purchased by guests) - End-of-stay cleaning is included. We simply ask that you treat the house with the same care as you would your own :) - Bed linen and towels are provided and set up for a flat fee of €150 (laundry service included) On departure day, please leave used sheets and towels in the utility room.
