The Dollhouse in downtown Bismarck

Our home is a beautiful Victorian home built in 1909 in downtown Bismarck. This is a classic 2 storey home with tons of character and charm. The house is very unique with many original details maintained. The home features 3 bedrooms and 1.5 baths and sleeps 6 people comfortably. There is a lovely sun porch with hanging swing for your enjoyment that is wonderful in the summer. The house has 1 off-street parking spot located right in front of the door. The space The space is very unique with original Victorian character and details. The home is quirky and what you would expect from a turn of the century home built in 1909. Main floor features a bedroom with queen bed, dining, living, kitchen, half bath (no tub or shower) and sun porch (summer use only). Upstairs offers 2 additional bedrooms, a little children's room, a full bath with claw foot tub and shower, and a sitting room with TV. Second floor is accessed by 2 staircases. Both staircases turn, but are not true spiral, and are fairly steep (not appropriate for small children or mobility impaired adults). ***Upstairs bedrooms recently updated with new mattresses and headboards. Living room updated with new sofa. I have removed the area rugs due to stains on them. Upstairs sitting room with new loveseat. These spaces will look a little different from uploaded photos until I get a new photo shoot done. But rest assured, the changes are an improvement! *** Guest access The entire home is accessible to guests. Stairs are steep. No children's gates. Other things to note Coffee and tea is provided. No smoking. No pets. No parties.
