In the bathroom closet, you’ll find a foldable crib for the little ones that can be adjusted in three different height setting for sleeping or playing. No keys to lose or to return! This property provides secure, keyless entry with an August Smart Lock. You can lock and unlock the door with your smartphone, using a unique virtual key, or personal entry code issued to you for the duration of your stay. Located in the Arrowhead Villas neighborhood, the house is perfectly situated for exploring Lake Arrowhead Village and the lake, as well as Sky Park (great for biking) in equal distance of about 2 miles. There are plenty of restaurants I can recommend checking out while you're here, among which are The Tudor House for Sunday Champagne Brunch (5 minute walk), Hortencias (Crestline, about 5 miles) with amazing views, Puglia (Blue Jay, about 3 miles), Jetties Waterfront (Lake Arrowhead Village, about 2 miles) and LuLuBelle's (Running Springs, about 7 miles) if you like vegan breakfast and lunch options. The area is known for its plethora of hiking trails and lookouts. Check out Heaps Peak Arboretum for some non-native Sequoias and Strawberry Peak Lookout for 360 degrees of the valley. For your grocery needs, there's Stater Bros. in Lake Arrowhead Village and Jensen's Fine Foods in Blue Jay that I can recommend (check out their 2 for 1 Wine sales, they have a great Pinot Noir in their permanent stock). Arrowhead Villas is a residential neighborhood that requires a vehicle, except for dinner and brunch at Tudor House, which is only a few minutes by foot. Street parking is not allowed, the house has 2 dedicated parking spaces. 2 parking spaces are provided. There is no street parking allowed and will be strictly enforced by the sheriff, so please use only the 2-car park deck.
