You will be staying in a large solar-powered colonial house. Entry is through the front door. Your bedrooms are on the 2nd floor and on a private wing. The first 2 bedrooms have Queen size beds; the 3rd room has a full-sized bed. No other guests will be staying at the house during your stay. Host & 1 cat live in same house where you are staying. Guests have full shared use of the kitchen and reserved refrigerator and pantry space. Kitchen amenities includes a 36 inch six burner gas range & oven, refrigerator, a microwave oven, cookware and utensils. Mr. Coffee machine (12 cups) in kitchen and coffee. No pets or animals allowed. Bedroom #1 & common area TVs are enabled for your Netflix, Amazon Prime, or other streaming service accounts you may have. Internet and TV access is a courtesy provided by the Host. Media service outages of any kind are not a basis for any discount or refund.
