Only 8 mins to Rolleston, 20 mins to the airport and 30 mins to Christchurchs CBD, this is an ideal refuge to explore all the region has to offer. Air conditioned in Summer and heated in winter. The space It is approximately 70sqm 1 bedroom fully self contained unit, very modern only 4 years old If you are towing or driving a large vehicle we have plenty of parking or turning space. With horses peacefully grazing in the paddocks and training in the arenas, this is a unique and charming place to stay. Options exist to bring your own horse or pony and take advantage of the facilities that include an Indoor 30x70m arena, outdoor dressage arena and outdoor show jumping arena with a full course set up. Children MUST be closely supervised at all times as there are large animals and farm vehicles moving around the property Other things to note This is very much a working equestrian, rural property. This is not a pristine enviroment. You need to like animals and nature in general. As well as horses, there are friendly dogs and a cat on the property. I love to meet my guests but I am sometimes away at horse shows but am always contactable. Dogs are permitted by request only. Extra caution needs to be taken with interaction with the horses and the existing dogs that live on the property (ones a chihuahua that I dont want hurt).
