The home is on a quiet street next to a large park, there is no through traffic. Very safe to walk even at night. There are restaurants and markets within a mile, the colleges are about 2 miles as is the main shopping area, the Village. The space It's a private room that looks out to the neighborhood. there is a bathroom that would be shared if the are other guests in my other room. I live alone. I have a salt water pool and jacuzzi along with BBQ grill (these are only available with an added fee) and bench for outdoor dining. The pool is covered, but give me an hour notice and it can be Heated jacuzzi use is until 10PM, you can use it after, but the heat will be turned off. there is a washer and dryer but they're available for additional fee. Sorry for the added costs but I had a very bad experience and want to limit the listing to just the room. I'm very flexible and open to discussion. Guest access Ample parking, very safe area to walk around. Other things to note Please no shoes in the house, smoking of any kind in the house and no eating in the room. Thank you!
