The accommodation includes: - bath - separate toilet - kitchenette - Living room with a sofa bed (140 x 200) - bedroom separated by sliding door with 2 single bunk beds - storage closet The space 23 m2: Ideal for 2 adults and 2 children + balcony + ski locker. - Bathroom: bathtub, sink, small storage cupboard and electric towel dryer. - Toilet: high storage cabinet with cleaning products and tea towels at your disposal + toilet paper rolls. - Kitchen: electric hob, microwave oven, raclette and fondue machine, all the necessary dishes (plates/glasses/cutlery/pots, salad bowl, dishes, pans, etc.). Coffee machine: Nescafé Dolce Gusto Krups (remember to bring your capsules), kettle and toaster. Tea towels, sponge, garbage bags, hand soap and dishwashing liquid. -1 Television - Washing machine at your disposal (small capacity) as well as laundry detergent. -4 new electric heaters, 1 in the hallway, 1 in the bathroom, 1 in the living room and 1 in the separate bedroom. Warning: do not put anything on it, it can burn clothes. Winter: Snow tires or 4-season tires with snowflake mandatory from late November to March. Other things to note New: the cleaning option is now mandatory following numerous thefts, so the price has been increased. You will receive a message the day before your arrival containing all the necessary information. In Lelex: Sherpa / bakery / delicatessen / 4 restaurants-bars / tourist office / distributor / 1 clothing store / 3 mountain equipment rental stores. Cheese factory: Lajoux or Chezery (take the car) An old electric heater is next to the sofa bed: please leave it on in summer and winter (even when you check out). It is a heater that automatically turns on when the temperature drops below 10 degrees (excluding frost). Do not put your clothes on the heaters: they burn! Towels ok on bathroom heater ONLY.
