Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. Cozy, safe condominium by the sea. Living room with sofa and TV; 1 bedroom with air-conditioning. A mezzanine en-suite with a double bed (it will be closed according to the number of guests in the reservation - up to 2) well-equipped kitchen with a refrigerator, stove, microwave, blender and various utensils. Wi-Fi Internet. In the condominium: swimming pool overlooking the sea, sauna, barbecue, parking, 24-hour doorman. The electricity is charged separately. The space The apartment is on the first floor, has a balcony with sea view, living room with kitchenette, 1 bathroom, 1 bedroom and a mezzanine suite. We do not have bath and bed linens. Glassware (glasses and bottles) is not allowed in the pool, nor are children playing alone in the pool, as the condominium does not have a lifeguard. Use of the sauna and barbecue must be scheduled. Note: The mezzanine will be closed for couple reservations. Guest access The condominium has a garage for 1 car, the pool is very large and very nice, but it is strictly forbidden to leave children alone as the condominium does not provide a lifeguard. Other things to note Please note: we do not offer bath and bed linens (may be agreed with the owner). The condominium is very family-oriented and organized; it is not allowed to dry clothes on the balcony railing, make loud noises or smoke. The dishes, vessels and pans must be left clean and the garbage thrown away, for this there are trash cans in the lobby. The apartment does not have a water filter, but we have an empty 20-liter bottle/refill. Bring repellent. It is extremely important and the responsibility of those responsible to accompany children in the pool and in the common areas of the condominium. We are not responsible for any accidents that may occur in these areas.
