My place is furnished & centrally located in one of Fresno's most preferred neighborhoods. The environment is safe, quiet, peaceful, relaxing, and close to everything you could need. The Riverpark shopping center and Woodward park are 4 mile drive, along with major hospitals (Kaiser, St Agnes) being within 5 miles. Millerton Lake, Lost Lake, etc. are 15 mins away and national parks such as Yosemite and Sequoia being under 2 hrs. away. Short term and Travel nurses are WELCOME! The space This is a two-story 5 bedroom 3 bathroom home. This room (Room#4) is upstairs with a shared bathroom with other guests. Guests have access to the refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Laundry and other additional amenities are available at a charge. Rates are negotiable for long-term stays. Guest access A door code will be provided upon booking, along with any other necessary information. Parking is available on the street and additional parking is on Sierra Vista street if need be. For long term guests, there is space in the garage as well as the driveway.
