Apartment 102 of East tower will be entirely yours during the stay, so you don’t have to share any rooms with other guests. Other things to note 【Important】 Acts such as noise and smoking that cause inconvenience to neighbors are strictly prohibited. Please be considerate of your surroundings and mind your volume, especially at night and the early morning. This facility is not a party space. It is strictly prohibited to use it for loud parties or events. Additional fees will be charged if nearby residents report due to excessive noise, smoking, fouling, damage, vomiting, etc. caused by the customer. In the worst case scenario, you will be asked to leave the room immediately. Therefore, insects (ants, mantis, centipedes, etc.), spiders, and wild animals (wild boars, civets, monkeys, snakes, geckos, etc.) inhabit the area around the facility regardless of the season. If you see a wild animal, please refrain from approaching it or yelling or otherwise provoking it. Although we carefully check the rooms at the time of each cleaning and take regular measures to eliminate and prevent insects, we are unfortunately unable to completely prevent insect infestation.
