I think it’s the views that make it so special and the way the house is designed to maximise the appreciation of that. From the moment you arrive you start to unwind. There’s no noise, apart from cows mooing, and the birds, (including our family of Kookaburras). We also have a little shack in the second paddock that is rented out via Hipcamp and so those Guests will drive past the house to get to and from that. It is 250 meters away from the house and we almost never hear or see those Guests. I ‘m sure you won’t either. Guest access Guests have access to the whole house and paddocks. The farm is 100 acres and there is river frontage along two lengths of the border. There’s an established vegetable garden which is fully planted and Guests are welcome to use as much as they like. Ditto the orchard - there are peach, plum apples and pear trees as well as blackberries, blueberries, red and black currant bushes. The strawberry patch is bursting with fruit with asparagus companion planted , so look out for each days crop!
