La Petite Pommeraie  between Bayeux and Arromanches

Next to Bayeux and the landing beaches, small restored house. Kitchen, living room and 2 bedrooms, one for parents, another with a single bed, a baby cot and a small sofa type "boat bed".(180 X 60) and a second extra single bed but comfortable! (190 X 90) Shared courtyard with the main house, there is room to park cars. The house is located in a village on the road to Bayeux. It has good insulation and double glazing. The space Old house dating from the 18th century, fully restored. In the center is the stone staircase typical of our Bessin region; on both sides, on the ground floor, the kitchen-dining room and a living room. Under the staircase is the toilet. On the first floor, the staircase leads to a large bedroom on the left, a shower room/toilet on the right. The second bedroom communicates with these two rooms. Guest access The "petite pommeraie" is independent. It is of course possible to park your car in the courtyard, so just nearby. Access through the gate (2.80 m wide) is from the road and sidewalk. Other things to note 200 meters away is a shop with catering and coffee available. It has everything you need. The bread and croissants come from a good bakery in a nearby village! Lunch is available on-site; for dinner, you can place an order, but you will need to come and pick it up before we close in the late afternoon. Pizza truck on Wednesday evenings in the square 200 m away, available year-round (except for a few holidays); phone number available upon request to place an order. Electricity is included in the rental price; during the heating season, don't worry, you will find a comfortable house when you arrive. (insulation and double glazed windows)
