Rooms have smart TVs only- no cable service is available. Must be 21 to book Guest access You have your own private studio apartment, sharing a pool and common ground with other guests. Other things to note Toilet paper and paper towels provided in room at time of check in is what is provided. If you need additional you must obtain your own. CHECK IN & OUTS- Check in is at 3pm - We cannot accommodate an early check in Check out is at 11am- If we are able to accommodate a late check out, it cannot exceed past 7pm. We will know if we can accommodate you the day before you check out. Please reach out to us the day before your departure and "If" we are able to accommodate the late check out there is a $20 an hour fee. LUGGAGE- We do not have a holding area for luggage. PARKING- parking is very limited in the area and in high demand. All parking is on a first come first serve. We leave a parking pass in the room on arrival day. VISITORS- For the safety of our guests, no visitors allowed after 6pm and definitely NO PARKING ON ANY OF OUR PARKING SPACES. The pool doesn’t have a lifeguard but is open from sunrise to sunset. It is not heated and it is maintained twice a week for your enjoyment. You will receive check in instructions a 24-48 hours prior to check in and the day of check in. It will include the property address, code to enter the property and the code to gain access to the room. We also send this information by text message to the number provided upon booking.
