The space Well presented from the road in a good part of town with easy access into the garage or front door. You certainly will not feel squeezed in this place as is oversized in all areas. Great for long stays as you can spread out with plenty of room in the dining and lounge areas more the size of a large home. NBN WIFI allowing you to stream to the 55 inch TV. The 2 bedrooms are separated between the accessible bathroom which is wheel chair friendly to shower and use the toilet, there is a second toilet in the laundry. The airconditioned main bedroom can be booked as a King Bed or as 2 x King Singles. Plenty of cupboard space in both rooms as well. The second bedroom has 2 x electric adjustable King single beds for those that need that benefit to sleep with adjustment. Additional rooms can be made available on request, at a rate of $25/per room, per night. Guests will have full access to the listing (kitchen, bathroom, lounge, garage and outside the house) excluding the locked rooms (bedrooms, storage cupboards/areas). We would also like to advise that the unused bedrooms are NOT available to be booked by separate reservations, and will remain empty unless access is requested by your group. We are also able to arrange pricing on a per night basis if the number of guests or required rooms will change throughout the stay (e.g. 2 nights booked at 1 guest 1 bedroom rate, then 4 nights at a 3 guest 2 bedroom rate etc.) Other things to note If a pet is found to be on the premises without approval a $150/night fee will be charged and acceptance of this booking acknowledges this. There will be a $25 fee charged if keys are not returned as per booking instructions. Our linen is supplied and washed by a commercial laundry. Although we try to accommodate alteration requests, please be advised we do not allow "rescheduling" of the Check-in date by a difference of more than 14 days.
