North Myrtle Beach condo rental Waterway Landing unit 204A is a lovely two bedroom, two bath condo located in the gated community of Waterway Landing, just off 2nd Avenue North in North Myrtle Beach. This peaceful and scenic waterway community and beautifully landscaped grounds offer the perfect relaxing vacation spot. Unit 204A is a first floor end unit with a view of the inviting pool where you can bask in the warm Carolina sunshine. Waterway Landing has 5 large docks with gas grills and picnic tables along the Intracoastal Waterway. Waterway Landing unit 204A has been freshly painted and has new beautiful vinyl floors. This North Myrtle Beach rental features a master bedroom with a queen bed, ROKU Smart TV, and master bath with a tub and shower combination. The second bedroom has a queen bed and ROKU Smart TV. The second bathroom has a shower stall. There is also a futon available if needed. The comfortable living area has a sleeper sofa, ROKU Smart TV, and screened porch looking towards the pool. All TVs are streaming only. The kitchen is fully equipped with all appliances including a microwave, and everything necessary to cook up your favorite meal. There are 4 bar stools at the kitchen bar. This condo comes equipped with a washer and dryer and free WiFi. This private, gated community is approximately one mile from the nearest beach access and 2 blocks from Main Street in Ocean Drive where you can find restaurants, shops, pubs, and entertainment. Unit 204A is a non-smoking unit and non-smoking property. Motorcycles are not permitted. Parking is free, with 2 parking spaces provided. This is a family oriented property; no students or student groups please. Must be 25 years of age to rent. Pets are not allowed. Departure clean and linens (sheets, bath towels, washcloths) are included in the total of this rental. A TEXT will be made to your cell phone number on file to inform you that you can proceed to the pick-up location to get your packet with keys, parking passes, pool bands, and all information necessary for your vacation stay. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT WE CANNOT GUARANTEE THAT YOUR RENTAL WILL BE AVAILABLE AT 4:00 PM. There is never a promise of early check-in; guaranteed check-in is between 4:00 p.m. and 6:00 p.m. After you have checked in and arrived at your rental, if you should discover that your unit has not been cleaned or has damages, please report it to our office right away. All efforts to resolve the problem will be made immediately. Please do not wait until check-out to inform us of any problems that may have existed. Our staff has the right to enter a property for repairs and inspections (if necessary) when a service call is made. If a renter refuses entry after a service call is made, the renter may be held responsible for service call fees. CHECK-OUT: Check-out time is at 10:00 am. There are no exceptions.
