Our villa was professionally built and decorated in 2020, thoughtfully prepared for both short and long stays. You'll love the uninterrupted ocean views, countless windows capturing the ocean The space This villa is located at the bottom of a residential street, on a direct oceanfront lot. There are other homes visible from this house, however, the home is situated in a manner that providers privacy both inside, and to enjoy the water frontage. Enter the home to a small foyer. Turn left and you will be greeted by the incredibly designed and spacious kitchen, cozy great room with sky high ceilings, and dining area overlooking the ocean. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need to cook a basic meal, including a waffle maker for those epic vacation brunches! Off the dining area is a private patio with comfortable lounge seating, and of course, impressive ocean views! Turn right off the foyer, and you will find a powder/laundry room, and the entrance to the King suite. The king suite offers a luxurious bed, and impressive spa bathroom with soaker tub and stand up shower. Upstairs, you will first spot the second living area. This living area is perfectly suited to pour yourself a glass of wine, and take in the ocean and sunsets. Also upstairs is the Queen room, twin bunk room, and a beautiful full bathroom with tub/shower combo. Guest access Guests have private access to the home and its property. Other things to note Please note the BBQ is only serviced May through October. Pets are not permitted at this property. Check-In/Out Times: Check-in and check-out times are strictly as stated on the listing. Early check-ins are not possible as they compromise our ability to prepare the home properly. We kindly request you to respect these times and do not request an early check in. This is a Dark Sky Community. The community on Skipper Hill is committed to limiting light pollution to allow the residents to enjoy the breathtaking starscape the skies have to offer. We ask you follow the same value and limit use of outside lights unless necessary. We even suggest turning off all the lights in the whole home and going outside to see how amazing the skies truly are! There is a dock located nearby, it is not for public use. Please note this property does not have standard cable. There is a smart TV where you can log in to your favourite streaming service.
