In a central location for exploring all North Wales has to offer from sandy beaches to the welsh mountains, only 2 mins from main A55 link road to Holyhead/Chester and on the A470 route through to Snowdonia and all that it offers. This old house has been furnished with your comfort in mind, offering everything you could need for a practical and comfortable stay here in North Wales. The space This two bedroom property is spacious providing you with enough room for your stay however long it may be. The lounge/dining room is bright and open with an electric fireplace for those cosy nights in and plenty of entertainment facilities including a smart tv which has Netflix and other streaming services. The kitchen has been filled with the necessary appliances and crockery you may need for your stay. Master bedroom is large yet cosy with a big comfy king sized bed and plenty of storage space, there is also a tv with free-view. the second bedroom is a twin room with two single beds and a view of the garden and estuary. The modern bathroom has a bath and shower and a large mirror for getting ready in the morning. The garden space is practical and spacious and is secure if allowing your dog to roam. Guest access On street car parking is available outside the house. Keysafe in use for out of hours arrivals/departures. Other things to note Pets are welcome but we kindly request that they are not allowed upstairs or on furniture\beds.
