A cozy private cabin with all modern amenities hidden just out of sight and only a five min walk to coffee and breakfast in town on the waterfront. Nestled in the center of .7 acres of private nature rich land and home to many bald Eagles and visiting black bears. Less than 5 min walk to the water for Kayaking or fishing. Large kitchen with microwave, electric oven, full size fridge, coffee maker, pots, pans, dishes, silverware and a few more extras. Oversized Samsung washing machine and dryer. Bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and plenty of hot water. Towels, and soap included. Full size TV and DVD player, also inlcudes a variety of DVD movies. Queen size bed and one fold out futon the size of Full size bed (sleeps two small or medium adults ) All linens included. You will be sent a guest access code for the front door. We are available by phone or text through the app. Take note that wifi is only available in town. Internet service and phone use is not great once you walk out of the local town area. Beautiful, clean and very safe. Locals are very friendly and the restaurant food including the bar is great. Make sure you visit the beaches , they are delightful and have breath taking views, all walking distance of around 20-30 min. The old board walk is quite charming as welll, and worth the short walk through the historic part of Seldovia. Lots of little shops, with unique gifts and local artwork. Please leave the house in the order it was found. An outdoor fire is allowed in the designated area but must be maintained at all times. Must douse with water when done. Must provide own firewood.
