Cozy 2 BR Apt in Walking Distance to Restaurants

This is a private two bedroom apartment in a great location (15 minutes to downtown Portland). The apartment is in walking distance to eateries, Riverbank Park, grocery stores and local breweries. It is also located across the street from the police station on a dead end street. The unit is child friendly and has a pack 'n Play and high chair. (Please note that linens are not provided for the Pack n’ Play.) The space Step inside and you'll find a spacious open area that includes the kitchen/dining room area and the living room. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to prepare a great meal. We have a large dining room table with seating for four, perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee and planning out your day's adventures or relaxing with a tasty meal at the end of the day. Our cozy living room features a comfortable couch and a big screen TV where you can relax after a day exploring the surrounding attractions. The rug and coffee table add a touch of warmth and comfort to the space, creating a cozy atmosphere that reflects the charm of Portland. Our bathroom boasts a large mirror, a bath/shower combo, and a starter pack of toilet paper. The downstairs bedroom features a double-size bed with a cozy nightstand and lamp, while upstairs you'll find a spacious bedroom with a queen-size bed, a bedroom bench, and a full-length mirror to help you prepare for your day's adventures. Our bedrooms are designed to create a serene and comfortable space that reflects the relaxed and laid-back vibe of Portland. Guest access Guests will have access to the entire apartment. Other things to note We're a small family run Airbnb business and all cleaning, pet, and extra guest fees go directly to our cleaning staff. The window A/C units are installed around May and uninstalled around October. We ask that guests bring their own linens for the Pack n' Play. We do have an air mattress that you are welcome to use but unfortunately we cannot provide linens or extra towels.
