The room is private and quite sunny, located on the second floor without an elevator. There is a balcony and shared bathroom. The house belongs to a couple with two children. The atmosphere is familiar and quiet, but there may be street and child noises. The space The room accommodates up to 3 guests, two in a double bed and the other guest on a mattress on the floor. The house is shared. The avenue is busy, but the windows are double glazed, which seals the place well. There is no heater and in winter the house is cold, like most Portuguese houses.
