The space Guest area is the lower level of a house including 2 bedrooms, a living room/ breakfast area, and full bathroom. Enjoy your morning coffee on your own private stone patio. Guest access As you turn onto the driveway go to the left and park at the top of the drive. You are in the pines, enjoy the camelias. Enter the side gate and follow the path to your guest suite. You have a well illuminated private walk and patio leading to an entry through a sliding glass door. Welcome to my home. There is a lockbox to the left of the patio door. I will send a code when you choose to visit. Other things to note Sanford represents the beginning trail of well known golf courses. Pottery and the Temple Theater provide enjoyable attractions in this town. Restaurants, a grocery store, shopping, and banking are within 1 mile. The neighborhood is safe, quiet, and well maintained. In respect to the neighbors and working people quiet in requested after 10 pm.
