If you’re looking for a quiet place to rest after a busy day at the Parks, book a space at Magnolia’s Ranch now! The space You will find the tranquility necessary to rest after a day of enchantment with the wonders that the magical world of Disney offers to everyone, of all ages. Nothing better than fresh air, greenery and the sound of nature to make your vacation the best! The house has six suites, each with a private bathroom, TV, minibar and air conditioning. The kitchen is equipped with the necessary utensils and appliances for your convenience. There are two refrigerators and a freezer, with separate spaces for guest use. All guests are expected to respect each other and live in harmony. There is a swimming pool for guest use and open space for walking, running and keeping up with your exercise. There is free parking in a secure, marked area within the property. Guest access You can walk freely around the property, always being careful not to discard objects in the garden or other spaces. The property is a fenced space on the borders, but it is an area with native forest surrounding it, some streams and some animals foreign to civilization may appear (often rabbits and possums), so we ask for your attention with children, in order not to let them them alone, not even in the fenced pool area. During your stay Magnolia's Ranch management is available for assistance every day. Identification may be requested upon arrival. If you want to place orders online and have them delivered to our address, we suggest you do so before your arrival, so that your order can be delivered on the days you are staying. We will not be responsible for orders not delivered on time or lost. Make sure you provide the correct delivery address and track your order. If an order is delivered before your arrival, rest assured that we will hold it for you. Other things to note For security, the place is monitored by cameras that do not interfere with guests' privacy. Cameras are installed in common areas and are clearly visible. There are 2 in the hallway, 1 in the reception, 1 in the kitchen and 4 in the outdoor area. ATTENTION! The pool has a fence to prevent possible accidents with children. It is the guests' responsibility to take care of children and not leave them alone in the pool area. Smoking is not permitted inside the house, in bedrooms and balconies, or in areas around the house. We appreciate your attention and respect about this! You will receive all information and codes up to 24 hours before your check-in. Access to the property - gate, central door and rooms, is via codes. Internet access is free via Wi-Fi connection. The TV in the room does not have cable channels - it is a Smart TV with access to channels such as Netflix, Youtube and others, which you access with your personal account details. Extra services and fees: 1- We do not provide breakfast. Each guest must provide their own. 2- Early check-in and late check-out: check-in time is from 2 pm and check-out is until 1 pm. Eventually, we may extend these hours, as long as they do not exceed two hours. For longer hours, a $25 fee may apply every two hours. 3- Cleaning service: a one-time fee of $50 will be charged with daily rates for a reservation of up to 15 days. For longer stays, an additional fee of $20 will be charged separately after the first 15 days for cleaning, changing sheets and towels. 4- Basic hygiene items such as soap, shampoo and toilet paper are only available for the first few days. If you have a reservation for more than 3 days, organize yourself by purchasing basic and personal necessities. This property does not operate as a hotel and cleaning is not done daily, with tasks such as taking out the trash and making the bed being the responsibility of the guest. 5- Bed and bath linen are provided. For stays longer than 15 days, they must be replaced (see item 3). 6- In the case of damaged or missing towels/sheets/blankets or duvets, the corresponding amount will be charged to the guest. 7- In case of improper use of equipment such as dishwashers, microwaves, food grinders, washing machines and dryers, and others, which malfunction and require the assistance of a technician for repair, the corresponding amount will be charged to the guest . We ask for attention and care when using all equipment. 8- Other significant damages will also be subject to extra charges. 9- Guests are responsible for their own safety while on the property and must keep doors, windows and cars closed. 10- After checkout, items left in the house by guests will be stored for one week. If the guest requests shipping, a $50.00 shipping fee will be charged in addition to the postage fee. Anything that is not claimed within 7 days will be discarded. 11- Avoid eating in the bedroom or living room and placing dirty dishes on furniture and sheets. Grease stains do not come out easily. There is adequate space in the kitchen for this. 12 - If any guest of the guest, without a reservation, stays for the night, an extra fee of $20.00 will be charged. 13. We have an outdoor barbecue area that must be reserved in advance for use, and a fee of $20.00 will be charged. After use, the guest must collect the trash and leave the space in order.
