The space is a cozy 680 sq. feet but the designer interior makes the space seem much larger. The functionality and design are based on the high efficiency of a ship’s interior or a well designed New York loft. Grocery and alcohol delivery are available and owner is happy to put any deliveries in your unit prior to your arrival so you can relax when you arrive. This is PERFECT for your remote work getaway! Enjoy the new salt water pool shared by the four cottages on the property. Your unit has 2 assigned parking spaces that you can use for yourself and guests. Parking is visible in the pictures and has direct access into the courtyard, and front entrance to the cottage. Guest access Your cottage has a 6' privacy fenced porch with a gate. The courtyard and pool area are shared with three other cottages. The padlock info for the pool gate will be provided after signing a liability waiver. Pool hours are 8:00 am - 5:00 pm. If you would like to use the pool outside of these hours please let me know and we'll try and accommodate.
