200 m2 villa close to beautiful beach and city

Our home is a classic villa from 1935. It is located 5 min. walk from a lovely beach and 20 minutes by train from CPH. Central Station. The ground floor is with 3 living rooms and kitchen and guest toilet. The 1st floor has 3 bedrooms, bathroom and roof terrace. It is the perfect home for families with children, if you want water and nature around, and at the same time be close to the big city. We would prefer no big parties :-) Please tell us who you are, so we can be as helpful as possible. Other things to note My son (21) lives in a small flat in the basement. He will be able to answear al your questions, and will help you if needed. My son has his own entrance. For those with animal allergies, we have 1 dog and 1 cat. The cat lives by my son in the basement.
