Room darkening curtains, AC, TV w/Roku, full bath/shower unit, pullout sofa and queen size bed all in a very large and open floor plan! The first floor is set up as a gym/workout room. Ample and easy parking. Use of the outdoor patio area. Adults only. The space Use of home gym and patio area! Close to ski areas and water sports! Minutes off the freeway. Guest access Side patio area. Both levels of The Loft. Take a walk to the pond and do a little catch/release fishing (bring your own tackle). Hang out at the barn/pond patio area! The shoppe keepers back yard and play area are not to be used. Other things to note Adults only. No pets or children under age 12.
