Only 3 minutes to Interstate 40, which is nice for just passing through. 45 minutes to Wilmington and Wrightsville Beach. 15 minutes to River landing. This home sets behind the main house. The space The little farmhouse sets back in off the road. But just a hop n skip from main highway to just a 45 min drive to Wilmington and beaches. A 15 minute drive to river landing. A 20 minute drive to duplin Winery. There is 11 acres plenty of room for vehicles and to just walk and stretch out. There is chickens,rooster, turkey, peacocks, guinea hens geese, goats and outdoor cats. We have dogs but we supervise them outside or leash them if necessary when you bring pets. Our birds roam free and for the most part behave. Once in a blue moon might get one to fly up on vehicle. So want to let you know of that.
